The following guides will help you get setup and to train your team ready for when you are all set up  


Getting Set up


Once you have signed up to either Paymentsense or Dojo they will arrange your Terminal(s) to be delivered and our support team will receive the device details.


Once these are received we can then arrange to get everything connected with you.


Your terminal may to start with be in Standalone mode and you will need to conduct a TMS Call on the terminal - see details here


Prerequisites  - You will need to be on the latest version of Andromeda POS Windows Software and have an integration agreement in place

Handling Payment transactions


    Select the Occasion type for process


Handling Partial or Full Refunds


    Click Here for process


End of Night

If using Paymentsense you will need to complete the 'PaymentSence EON' by going to 


        Supervisor > End of Night > PaymentSense EON


You must ensure that all terminals are switched on at this point


This will then complete and clear the terminal ready for the next day
