Welcome to your new Flight Deck from Andromeda. You’re a few simple steps away from receiving orders from your own website. Follow these simple instructions here to get your new tablet set up.

What's included


We will arrange delivery of your Flight Deck system which will included:


  • 8" Android Tablet & Charger
  • Tablet Stand
  • Bluetooth Printer (if ordered)
  • Starter Pack of Printer Rolls (if printer is included)
  • Instructions


The items remains the property of Andromeda Services UK Ltd and must be returned should you stop using the service or more likely upgrade to our full EPOS solution. 



Get ready for takeoff

  1. Assemble the stand and find a suitable safe location near to a Power Supply

  2. Attach the Tablet to the stand in landscape view with the power button on the top left

  3. Connect the Tablet USB Power lead to the Tablet and Power Supply and confirm charging

  4. Turn on the Tablet (hold down the power button) and wait for the screen to load - No internet Purple Screen

  5. Connect to your WiFi

    1. Swipe up from the botton

    2. Select the 'Back Arrow'

    3. Select 'Settings' Icon (top left of screen)

    4. Select 'WiFi Settings' (Bottom of screen)

    5. Choose your WiFi (refresh the list if needed)

    6. Enter the Password

    7. Confirm Signal strengh in top right of screen

  6. Select 'Back Arrow' to return to main screen
     


Signing into Flight Deck

  1. The Andromeda Portal will then load in a few seconds (or you can select the Flight Deck App)

  2. Sign In

  3. Select the Flight Deck Tile


If you have already accepted the invites you will be ready to get started, just sign to the tablet using your Flight Deck Operator account.

Note: There are 2 different user accounts for Flight Deck Clients

    Owner Account - Full Portal Access
    Flight Deck Opertaor - Basic user account for In-Store use
