You may have receievd an invite from a member of the Andromeda Team or your manage, so below are the steps needed to get started.


THESE STEPS NEED TO BE CONDUCTED ON A COMPUTER, NOT ON A TABLET

Email invitation


So you have received this email


Dear {new user}


{Name of person sending the invite} has invited you to join {your business name} on the Andromeda Portal.


To accept the invitation please - link to click


If you do not want to accept the invitation you can just ignore it. It will expire and you will not receive further communication about it.

This invite will only be vaild for 72 hours, after this time you will need to ask the person who sent the invite to resend it



To accept the invite, click on the link


At this stage you don't have an account, so you need to select 'Sign Up'



Select the 'Sign Up' tab and complete the fields using the email address that the invite was sent too.



Once completed, click 'Sign Up' at the bottom of the form.



Next, on the 'Sign In' Tab, enter your email and password.


You will then be directed to a profile page where you will need to send yourself a 'Verification Email' by click the 'Send verification email



Verify your email address


Check your inbox for the varification email


To verify your email address for your Andromeda Account, please click here

Click on the link and you will be directed to a confirmation screen.



Accessing your buisness


You can now return to the first screen with the 'Sign In' tab and sign back in


This time you will be direct to the Portal and asked to Accept / Reject the invite



On accepting the invite you will then be directed to the Buisness you have been invited in


Note: if you don't see the business to start with, please refresh the screen


Click on the Business will then open up the Portal and depending on your user account will depend on the Tiles you can access
