Printer Types

| Bluetooth 80mm | Recommended. Pairs directly with the Hub device. No hot-staging required. Can be set up at any time after device deployment. |
| USB 80mm | Supported but requires hot-staging during device setup. This must be completed before the device is deployed to your store. |
Hub prints a proper 80mm receipt ticket — the same width as a standard Rameses receipt. This is an improvement over Flight Deck, which used a narrower ticket format.
What Prints on the Ticket
- Order number
- Customer name and phone number
- Occasion (Delivery / Collection)
- Wanted time
- Order items with quantities
- Order total
- Any delivery address and instructions
Note: VAT is not currently broken out on Hub tickets. This will be added in a future update when Portal takes over VAT calculation from Rameses.
