Signing In as Manager
From the Hub home screen, enter the Manager PIN (3333) to access the extended menu. The Manager view includes everything the Team Member sees plus the sections below.
Dashboard
A live sales summary for the current trading day, including order counts and sales totals by channel.
Z Report
Prints a Z report (end-of-shift sales summary) to the connected printer. Can be printed at any time during the shift — not just at end of day. Use it to check running totals throughout a busy period.
Print Settings
Enable or disable printing, and control ticket output:
- Receipt printing — on/off
- Kitchen tickets — on/off
- Number of copies — set how many copies of each ticket to print
Kitchen Display Settings
The Hub includes a built-in Kitchen Display System (KDS). Current limitations:
- All order items appear on one screen — there is no routing of specific items to different kitchen stations yet.
- A compact view is available for high-volume kitchens.
- Routing different items to different screens is planned for a future update.
