Online orders can now be refunded from Andromeda Portal or Mission Control. You can choose to either perform a full refund or a partial refund. Once you refund an order it can take between 1-3 business days depending on the customer’s bank. You need Stripe permission in order to be able to refund orders. Note: Only online card orders can be refunded from Mission Control– including orders from Andromeda website, Andromeda mobile app, Kiosk and order at table. Aggregators orders or in-store orders can’t be refunded from Mission Control!

1. Log into Mission Control, select the correct business and navigate to “My Stores”. Choose the needed store and preferred date, then go to “Order Monitor":


2. Find the order, that you want to refund (if from previous day, it will be under the “Completed” tab!) and click on the $ dollar symbol on top right corner. If you don’t see the sign, it could be because you are not looking at an online card order, or you don’t have Stripe permission!


3. You will see a caution window asking you to confirm the start of the refund process, press “Refund” to continue:

4. From the next screen, you have the option to choose between full refund, or partial refund. 

5. Partial Refund - If you choose partial refund, you will see another two options – either to refund a particular item(s) from the order, or to refund a custom amount.

    a. Refunding item(s) – You will see all items from the order and will be able to choose which one to refund – if there are multiple same items, you can choose to refund only 1 or all of the same items. You can choose multiple items:

    Once you have selected all items that you want to refund, you need to choose a reason. Can either choose from the pre-loaded reasons, or can add different one by choosing “other”. After that press “Refund” button and this will complete the refund process. You can then see on the order details page, that this order is partially refunded, and if you press “Learn More” can see the reason:

 



 




    b. Refunding custom amount – with this option, you can enter the exact amount that you want to refund. It can be any amount below the total value of the order, without limitations:

    Once you have entered the refund amount, you need to choose a reason. Can either choose from the pre-loaded reasons, or can add different one by choosing “other”. After that press “Refund” button and this will complete the refund process. You can then see on the order details page, that this order is partially refunded, and if you press “Learn More” can see the reason!


6. Full Refund – you can choose the full refund option, if you have not done any previous refund on the order, or even if you have done a partial refund and now want to fully refund the order. Once you select the “Full Refund” option, you just need to add the reason and press the “Refund button”, this will complete the refund process and you will be able to see that the order is fully refunded.
