The flash report will show you the most important information from any trading day. You will be able to see sales, performance and labour info. Also, it will show you the top selling products for the set date. It can show data only for single trading day. To open it, you need to have manager security level or higher (this is configurable – our Helpdesk team can setup who can access it, depending on your preferences). When you log into Andromeda POS, navigate to Dispatcher -> Flash Report.
Once you open it, you will see the info, divided into tables and graphs:
If you click on any of the graphs you will see them in full screen. Also, on the Service Metric graph, you have the small + button on top right corner, which will change the graph and show you more details. On bottom left corner, is the “Include VAT in Sales” tick button, which will toggle between sales with VAT and sales without VAT. This function is configurable and can be set up to be either with or without VAT by default. On bottom right corner is the “Set Date” button, which will open the calendar, from where you can choose different date. Once you select the date, press “Confirm” and the sales details will be updated.
Once you have checked all details, you can close it either with the “Exit” button on bottom right corner, or with Esc button from your keyboard.
