The first button within the dispatcher screen is the “Main Menu” button, which will return you to the main menu. Next one is the “Timekeeping” button. It will open a new window, from where the staff can be clocked in or out. Bellow you can find a picture of how the timekeeping window looks like:
On the top, you need to first select an action – either “Start Shift” or “Finish Shift”. Then you need to select staff type – either “Drivers” or “In-store”. Once you have selected the desired action and staff type, you will see the available employees, depending on your choice. You can select to filter the employees and see only the scheduled employees for today, or the late employees (this option will show you all employees that are added to today’s schedule, but have not clocked in on time). If an employee is added in the Rota for today, you will see his schedule after the name, as per the screenshot above. On the right side you will see either a “Clock In” button or a “Clock Out” button, depending if you have selected the start shift action or the finish shift. Bellow that button is the “Breaks” button. It allows the employees to go on breaks. Once clicked – it will open a new window and will show you all clocked in employees, that can go on a break. You can toggle the view and see the employees that are already on a break, by pressing “End Break”. From that window employees should also, end their breaks.
Bellow the breaks button, you can see the “Report” button. It can be used for driver employees only. It will open the driver full cash rec report (EMP-15) for the selected driver with details for all finished deliveries (*In order to see all finished orders in the driver report, you need to cash off the order and leave the float with the driver!). Last button is the “Cancel” one, which will close the Timekeeping windows and will return you to the dispatcher screen.
