During February, we will be rolling out 5.52 to all our customers.


5.52 builds on the current version with the addition of the following changes


Request a Courier

 

Initially we have integrated with STUART, but as we identify other providers more will be added.


This integration provides a quick and easy way to allocate pre-paid delivery orders to a 3rd party courier company within the normal Dispatcher experience and can be used for ALL orders or just as a fall back to ensure service levels are maintained.

Deals highlighted on KDS


Stores using our KDS (Kitchen Display Screen) can now easily identify orders that contains deals as lines within the deals are highlighted.

Simplified Counter Service Order Process 

 

Stores using Counter Service can be set with a simplified ordering experience making it quicker and easier to handle in-store orders.

Service types supported:

  • Delivery
  • Collection
  • Take-out
  • Order & Pay at Counter - QSR
  • Order at Table  


Smart Rota


There has and will always be a simple scheduling tool to build your stores Rota's with, but now we have developed an additional option which provides Managers with more information to support them in control staff costs while ensuring customer service is never comprised.


Remember: Scheduled data is also linked to the Portal, so don't forget to make use of the Staff Rota function to save having to pull back reports from the store.
