How does it work?


Regardless of the source of the order (In-Store, Website, 3rd parties) providing the order is:


  • A Delivery Order
  • Pre-paid (Non Cash)
  • Doesn't contain Extra Large Boxes
  • Within a Stuart supported area


Then you will be able to select any order (up to 3 at a time) and request a price for a courier to fulfill as well as obtaining an estimated pick up time.



You are able to check the contents of the order by selecting the [ i ]


When you have decided the order(s) you which to request a price for - select the 'continue' button.


You will then need to select the packet size as outlined below by selecting the dropdown selector



Once each order size has been selected you can then request to get the price and ETA for the courier - this can be cancelled at no cost at this point.



When you are happy with the price and the ETA returned you can then create a job with Stuart.


The order must be 'Ready' by the ETA time and once the job is created you will be charged

The order(s) will now be marked as STUART in the dispatcher to avoid them being allocated to another driver.


When the Courier arrives to collect the order(s) a Stuart driver is automatically added to the driver list and the order is auto booked out.


As soon as the Courier has completed the job the system will automatically cash out the driver.



How do I get a Stuart Account?


Andromeda POS offers 2 options which both works in the same way:


1. Have your own Stuart Account - sign up with them directly

2. Use our Andromeda Account


If you are just looking to see if it will work for your business, then using the Andromeda Account can get you up and running quickly and you only pay for what you use but if you are planning on being a heavy using of their service then it may be better for you to set up an account direct - Select image below.

How do I sign up for the Stuart POS Integration?


Once you have decided on the type of account to use, simply complete the Order Form with your details and we will take care of the rest.


Usually the integration will take 2 - 3 working days from the request.
