If your store is handling the deliveries yourself e.g. using your own drivers the details provided by Deliveroo are different from if you are using their couriers.
In the example below, this order is being fulfilled by Deliveroo themselves
Order contains a 10% discount on the Products
Subtotal: £10.36
10% Discount: £1.04
The order may appear on the Deliveroo tablet with the Total price of £11.33 which is what the customer paid.
However, in the POS as you are using Deliveroo to fulfill the order you won't receive the Delivery Fee or the Service Fee and so the total in the POS will be the Subtotal minus the Credit which in this case equals £9.32
