Andromeda POS clients are able to integrate 3rd party aggregators (currently Just Eat, Uber Eats & Deliveroo) so that orders are received directly in the POS reducing staff having to input them which means avoiding errors and orders being out of sequence.

The Integration is a full menu integration which means that you only have to maintain a single menu and everything is kept in sync and orders are received correctly as Menu Items and so will match their VAT amounts etc.

Just Eat, Uber Eats & Deliveroo still require you to have the tablets but orders can be auto-accepted so interaction with them is kept to a minimum.

Menu

Just Eat, Uber Eats & Deliveroo uses your POS menu (also used on your website if you are an AndroWeb clients) and ALL changes must be made on the POS Menu and not with the partners as the integration will overrule these.

The EPOS menu (Rameses) drives the portal. In the portal you can add images, description and customer facing names, these will reflect both into the website and the 3rd Parties (Images on Just Eat are subject to approval by Just Eat and may take up to 10 days to appear when approved).

Deals are now supported on all three platforms

Menu Pricing

Price uplifts can be applied to cover additional commission costs from the 3rd parties and integration / POS fees

Price uplifts can be applied in a number of different ways as below and each platform can have different uplifts:

  1. No Uplift
  2. Percentage / Fixed cost across the whole menu e.g. all items uplifted by 10%
  3. Percentage / Fixed cost across pricing bands

Step 1 - Review your menu pricing and decide on pricing bands that suit each 3rd Party platform

Note: You can use the same pricing bands but have different uplifts.

Example

Example of pricing range
Band
0p - £1
1
£1.01 - £3
2
£3.01 - £9
3
£9.01 and above
4

*can have up to 6 bands

Step 2 - For each Pricing Bands, decide on level of uplift for each platform

Example uplifts

BandUberJust EatDeliveroo
1£0.101%£0.00
2£0.203%£0.00
3£0.805%£0.50
4£1.0010%£2.00

Can only have either Fixed or Percent per band - not both

If percent is used, it can be configured to round up to the nearest 5p or 9p to avoid odd numbers

This means that a product selling for £3.50 would be in pricing band 3 and on Uber would be listed as £3.50 + 80p = £4.30 etc
