To run them

Select a date range for previous 6 FULL weeks ( Mon – Sun)
Choose the report and run it
Enter Productivity ( drops per hour or pizzas per hour depending on report)
Enter sales uplift or decrease from average e.g. 10 will give 10%, -10 will give -10%. This will scale the orders
