In simple terms, when they order from your website, they are rewarded with points per pound spent, which allows them to get a discount in the future.
Thus building up repeat orders and brand loyalty.
From the Portal, click on "Business Settings"
Simply complete the settings to specify how many points people earn per amount spent, and how they can redeem them.
Enable with the toggle at the top and save.
