If you have requested a printer to print your orders, you will need to follow the following steps to connect the printer to the tablet.


Flight Deck currently has only a single supported printer which has been developed to work, but this may expand over time.

Ordering a printer

If the printer wasn't ordered together with Flight Deck then don't worry you can simply let our Support Team know and they will arrange for a printer to be dispatched to you and will confirm the cost which will be deducted from your weekly sales.


Setting up your printer

In the Box you will have:

  • 58mm Bluetooth Thermal Printer
  • USB charger cable & plug*
  • Case
  • Spare Printer rolls - (uses standard Credit 57mm x 40mm thermal rolls)

*plug may be a dual charger for both Printer and Tablet


  1. Remove Battery Cover, take out the battery and remove the tape covering the contacts
  2. Replace the Battery and cover
  3. Attach the USB lead to the Power Adapter and into the USB Port on the front of the printer
  4. Check the Paper Roll has been installed correctly
  5. Turn on the printer using the Power Button


Connecting to Flight Deck Tablet

The printer is connected to the tablet using Bluetooth by the following steps:

  1. Swipe the screen up from the bottom and select the home button

  2. Select the 'Settings' icon

  3. Select Bluetooth option at the bottom of the screen

  4. Select 'BlueTooth Printer' from the available devices

  5. Pair the device by inputting the passcode which will be either 1234 or 0000

  6. Once paired, select the home button and reload the Flight Deck App

  7. Select the user in the top right cornor and 'Printer Settings'

  8. Select the printer and tick to enable, then close

  9. Your Printer has now been configured
