Toggle Staff button is used to toggle between drivers and in-store staff like managers, kitchen staff, etc. It is located under the Dispatcher screen – the penultimate button:
The default view on the dispatcher screen is to see the drivers working right now. When you press the “Toggle Staff” you will see the clocked in in-store employees:
